2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Products returned after the specified return period

  • Clearance, discounted or sale items (unless defective or damaged)
3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup / Shipping
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RS 35 Garage will arrange a return pickup or reimburse shipping costs (where applicable).

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note: Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements will be shipped only after verification of the returned item

  • No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved replacements
