1. Shipping Locations

RS 35 Garage currently ships orders to:

  • West Malaysia

  • East Malaysia

  • International Shipping (Contact for further inquiry)

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, 2:00 PM] will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

    • Package weight and size

    • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping may be available on orders above RM 1000.00 or during promotional periods.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery schedules are subject to the courier partner’s operational policies.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

RS 35 Garage is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • RS 35 Garage is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.

10. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary by country

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • RS 35 Garage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
